Back in 2017 Brian Lappin was delighted to accept an invitation to join St. James's Place. Brian had a 30 year career working with some of the UK's leading Pension and Investment Companies and decided to set up his own financial planning business. Originally called Lappin Wealth Management the business changed trading status in 2020 and has evolved into Olcote Lappin Financial Planning Ltd. 

Brian grew up in a small village, both parents worked to keep the family home and look after 4 children. His father worked in the shipyard for 40 years, he was a caulker by trade, the work was physically demanding. However he had one place that was his haven - his family home, he called it Our little corner of the earth and hence the inspiration for Olcote Lappin Financial Planning as a nod to the past and an understanding of what is important in our lives. 

We offer our clients a bespoke, personalised service based on their specific needs and plans for the future. Our clients range from entrepreneurs and business owners who want to grow their business leading to an eventual exit* or succession planning, to the average person on the street who wants to ensure their family is protected and save for a financially independent retirement.
